I’m Back!

Hi-remember me? I hope so! I’ve only been gone for a week. 🙁

I am SO glad to be back!  The wedding was super fun and I am very happy for my brother and my new sister-inlaw. It was definitely an eventful weekend, from the rehearsal dinner right down to the actual party after the church ceremony. We danced a lot and ate a lot!

The newlyweds.

The newlyweds.

Here are a few pics from the wedding. I am still waiting on their professional shots so in the meantime, I was able to scrounge up some pics from the bridal party. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to take my own photos due to being super occupied by my daughter and being in the bridal party and all. It was quite a challenge but it did provide us with some great bonding time.

My daughter was a trooper. It was a looooooong day for her. After all, she had the most important job ever-being the flower girl. She did take a disco nap after the church ceremony but before you know it she was up and dancing the night away. I had to occupy her for the most part because she only wanted to be with me and me only. Dad tried giving me a break but I think the large amount of people around might have made her not too confident in leaving my side. My aunt offered to stay with her but my aunt didn’t succeed either. Let’s just say she was my date for the night. 🙂

So overall, the wedding was great and I couldn’t be more happier for my brother and his new wife. Congrats again to both!

Thanks for understanding my short break away from the blog so I can spend these special moments in our lives with my family. It means a lot to me.
